If you are more adventurous, take a walk over Fraser's Hill and on to the Old Dover Road where you can go a distance of about seven miles and come out near West Dover, a few miles from Peggy's Cove.

Then there is another trail that takes you to Moser's Lake. About three miles back. A shallow lake with inlets and a beautiful sight to behold. A guide can be arranged if noticed ahead of time

Experience the beautiful view of St Margaret's Bay after climbing Fraser's Hill which leads to a number of different destinations. For those with half an hour, the Hill has plenty to offer. For a quick walk, twenty to thirty minutes will be time well spent.

White Birch between two Yellow Birch. Tree Huggers.
Who ever saw a cow in a tree. You will along my favorite path along the hill above the brook.
If you're lucky, you might stumble upon wildlife like porky here. Lots of birds, rabbits, deer, raccoons and the odd skunk. Below is my favorite path just above the brook.

The path at the top of the hill runs along the old stone wall that acted as a fence when cattle roamed the fields. It was also used as a dump where pots, cans and bottles still remain. As children, we used to line up the bottles to use the as target practice with rocks and guns.
Porcupines live in caverns below the edge of the fields like this one. You might be startled while walking around Fraser's Hill from a partridge. The other day I was about ten feet from one when it flew away.
